Best Run Associations

Postby Lord Gord » Wed Jul 28, 2010 9:44 pm

I like to sit back and watch the way Associations are run. What they do right and what they do wrong. We all know we all have our problems, even if it looks good from the outside. I wonder......if you look at Associations other than your own......which one(s) are the best run? Why? Please keep it positive.

My Vote VCFL Chilliwack.......Best Community involvement in the province (for all Children activaties), Fantastic City support, Good Coaching staff, Fantastic Volunteers, Strong development Programs, Beautiful Field, second to none in atmosphere. Great program Stucture , committed big picture Executive, President's name is Wayne.

VMFL Langley........all the same as Chilliwack, President's name is Wayne,Little stronger Coaching staff, the edge in program structure, maybe the lead in development programs, not as much Community involvement, Chilli leads in atmosphere, not quite the Volunteers.

Over all I would pick the Wack, but, with the way Langley has improve with leaps and bounds over the last 5 years......they may jump pass Chilli.

In no particular order:
- Chilliwack
- Langley City

- Nanaimo

Id say the best place I liked the best when I played junior bantam was south delta. That concession was good, the best part though were the people. I always found Mcadam park in Duncan really nice, good field, good people, good concession!!!
